Savour the first cup

If you are like me the first cup barely touches the sides, to spill it is like the loss of essential life giving energy...read this as I was waking to my first cup...love it good on ya!

Too Good......I Hope You Don't Mind That I Re-Posted on my caring page

This is great and I just finished discussing how someone can't just go cold-turkey without Coffee when they drink 4-5 a day. So I see this and I had to re-post on my caring FB page. I hope you don't mine. This is great. Love it. Thanks for sharing.
