QUESTION:
Does my coffee have any carbohydrates?
ANSWER:
The short answer is no, coffee doesn’t contain any carbohydrates.
Make yourself a cup of black coffee or a shot of espresso and your enjoyment will be carbohydrate-free.
Of course, that zero can jump up pretty fast depending on what you like to add to your coffee.
If you like those coffee shop concoctions that include syrups, creams and sprinkles, both the carbohydrate and calorie figures jump up pretty fast.
And if you like to dunk biscotti in your coffee...
I’m sure you get the idea.
