How many carbs and sugars in flavored coffees?

QUESTION:

Since all the regular and decaf flavored (hazelnut, coconut, chocolate, etc) coffees that I have purchased do not give any nutrition facts, do these coffees have carbs and/or sugars and if so, how many?

ANSWER:

If you buy coffee beans that are flavoured, then the carbs and sugars are negligible. The flavours used to impregnate the beans are artificial. (How else are you going to get coconut flavor into a coffee bean?)

However, if you flavor your coffee by adding syrups to the final brew, then the addition of sugars and calories is going to be significant.

Coffee itself has no calories. The addition of syrups, milk, cream and sugar can give you a final brew with as many calories as a Big Mac.
