Java - the European Way

While I have been living in the USA for couple of years and got used to downing the joe by gallons - often on the go, every time I go home to the Czech Republic, I like to enjoy my kava in the more sophisticated way...

It means sitting down with a real cup (not its paper version) of coffee, admiring its color, smelling its aroma trying to imagine how the first sip will taste, and then slowly, slowly slurp away... (Lifted pinkie is not mandatory,though it does help balance the weight of the cup.) Coffee is a pleasure, it is a treat in the day, moment to slow down and enjoy - watching people pass by, talking to a friend, reading a paper, or just leaning back in a chair and relax...
