Love it for the following reason:

My husband and I wake up at different times. We can each enjoy hot, fresh coffee when we wake. And enjoy the type of coffee we each like.

No mess

Fast

My only concern:

The plastic... What chemicals are getting into the brew and the plastic waste.

My solution may be the fill your own accessory.
