Mocha doble muy caliente (Double Mocha extra hot)

We have been enjoying espresso at Cafe Gourmet on the corner of 16 de Septiembre and Izquerdo Streets in La Paz since 2000 when we first came here looking to buy a house.
We have trained many barristos about how to make coffee to please ME, the Diva.
One bariisto, Edgar, presented me this gorgeous cup of coffee.
This is not touched up, not done by a food stylist.
It is Edgar's work. I think I snapped the photo with my phone.
Oh and the coffee is good!
