BUNN ... why restaurants know best!

Walk in any restaurant and the majority of Coffee Makers will be BUNN. Thus, why not buy one for home. I have had one at home since the 1980's. They are simply the best.

Editor's Note: Good point. Several Bunn coffee makers are available at Amazon.

ok,, Bunn!!
by: Anonymous

The commercial Bunns are simple and of Industrial Strength,, ok,, long run, cost over time, they are $$ efficient and worthy.

Bottom Line,, they are FAST.. the water vessel is ALWAYS HOT and ready to brew

All Bunns have this characteristic

for home use,, think economy and I mean,, you will have hot water ALL Day and All NIGHT, a wicked electrical resistance element just like the toaster is ON CONSTANTLY for say,, two pots of coffee, morning and evening!! a total of ten minutes of Use time

Really it is a hot water heater 24 hours a day...

If you go away for two weeks,, GUESS WHAT,, it is running and running and running..

so,, what is wrong with filling the vessel of a quality coffee pot of another brand name and have it heat the water incrementally and then go off to sleep and not turn your meter 24/7

pistachio
Not Practical At All,,,,

BUNN
by: Coffee Snob

we've had 2 buns. loved them for a while...UNTIL i discovered GOOD COFFEE. when you use finely ground coffee...for better flavor....your bun overflows b/c of the fast brew and the coffee is ruined. so....then if you use more course ground coffee the coffee doesn't taste the same. we then switched to a Hamilton Beach and it does great for $30.

bunn is good for crowds when you have to serve a LOT of people a LOT of coffee in a SHORT amount of time.
