Buying berries or dry-processed coffee beans in Montreal

by Berel
(Montreal)

QUESTION:

I live in Montreal and would like to obtain beans that have not been wet processed or gone through fermentation.

Is there any place I can obtain such beans (or better yet, dried berries, so that I can remove the beans myself).

Thanks

ANSWER:

Interesting question. There are certainly places where you can buy green beans, but I really don’t know about being able to buy dried coffee berries.

Let’s hope someone who can help sees your question and adds a comment.

There is an online green coffee vendor called Mon Café Vert (http://moncafevert.com) that sell good green coffee beans. I tried the Haitian Blue Pine Forest and it was excellent. I think delivery is free on the Island of Montreal for any purchase of 30$ and more
