Coffee people are good people!
Over the years, while reviewing dozens of different coffees from some amazing roasters, we’ve also been encouraged by how many coffee companies support a worthy cause.
This page is devoted to those companies. We love the fact that they voluntarily donate a portion of their profits. They don’t have to, but they do.
As you’ll see, the range of causes being supported is broad… from dog rescue to reforestation, and plenty in between.
Over the months to come we’ll be reaching out to find other cause-related coffee roasters we can support.
In the meantime, take a look at the amazing companies, coffees, and projects we’ve already reviewed.
Hugo Coffee Roasters support dog-recue groups by contributing a percentage of the revenue from every bag of coffee they sell. In addition, they roast only organic, fair-trade coffee beans.
50% of the profits from sales of Jarhead Java coffee go to the non-for-profit Semper Fi Fund. The money donated goes towards supporting critically injured members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.
Groundwork Coffee support a group of Colombian coffee growers, represented by AMUCC. AMUCC is a Fair Trade certified association of women coffee growers and producers whose lives have been upended by war.

In the last 50 years, the Arbor Day Foundation has planted and distributed nearly 500 million trees in more than 50 countries around the world to fight global issues facing humankind.
