QUESTION:
How much sugar and how much cream should I use in making coffee for a Movarian Love Feast at church? They serve a bun and sweet coffee. Not sure of the ratio of sugar and cream to a gallon of coffee.
ANSWER:
This has to get the vote for the most unusual question of the month!
OK...a gallon is 128 ounces, and a cup of coffee is about 6 ounces. Which means there are about 21 cups of coffee to a gallon.
So if the coffee is going to be sweet, and you want to add two teaspoons of sugar per cup, then you would add 42 teaspoons of sugar per gallon.
Do the same calculation for the amount of cream per cup and you should be good to go.
Have a good Movarian Love Feast!
