I love the idea of of a manual coffee grinder!

Thank you for posting this. I'm fed up with my blade grinder and have been looking at some burr grinders. But at the same time I have been getting pretty fed up with all the things I need to plug in in my kitchen. It would be nice to have something that works well without having to plug it into a power supply.

And I love what you say about smelling the coffee and feeling it being ground as you turn the handle. Feels a lot more real to me.I think i'll even enjoy my coffee more as a result!
